集(ji)中油霧產生的現(xian)狀
數控磨床生(sheng)(sheng)產車間(jian)在加工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)由于金(jin)屬間(jian)的強烈摩擦,會產生(sheng)(sheng)大量(liang)的熱(re)量(liang),因此在加工(gong)(gong)(gong)零件過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)需要切(qie)削液去吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)。目前在機(ji)械加工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong),常用(yong)的冷(leng)卻方法是(shi)用(yong)切(qie)削液冷(leng)卻吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)熱(re)量(liang)。當冷(leng)卻油(you)(you)吸(xi)(xi)收(shou)(shou)大量(liang)的熱(re)后(hou),大部分的會被回收(shou)(shou)利用(yong),但有一(yi)部分蒸發成(cheng)為(wei)乳化液霧、油(you)(you)霧,一(yi)部分蒸發成(cheng)為(wei)油(you)(you)煙(yan),產生(sheng)(sheng)的油(you)(you)霧和油(you)(you)煙(yan)會在設備開(kai)關門(men)時(shi)外溢,迅速擴(kuo)散到(dao)整個(ge)廠房的空中(zhong)(zhong),在車間(jian)高度7-10米的空間(jian)形成(cheng)懸浮狀態(tai)。嚴重影(ying)響操作工(gong)(gong)(gong)身(shen)體(ti)健(jian)康,油(you)(you)霧沉積在工(gong)(gong)(gong)作區容易造成(cheng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)傷(shang)事故,對機(ji)床電(dian)氣系統(tong)故障(zhang)存在一(yi)定的隱患(huan)。
